So I'm doing pretty good using CBT I'm definetly not as negative as I used to be. I'm trying to motivate myself to excercise and do other things besides watch TV text on my phone and browse the internet and be forever thinking. But I keep falling into the same darn routine.

So glad that you are feeling better, the motivation part is tough for me too. Personally I don't sweat the big stuff but I Really celebrate the little stuff that I do achieve, like yesterday I baked Brownies and cleaned up the dishes and that's basically all I did yesterday, but I did do that and I feel good about it, especially when I get to eat warm brownies without having to go shop lolol.

Hope you have a fabulous day

triciadrich, I have fallen into that habit myself so I can certainly relate. Seems so odd since I have been a go-getter most of my life. I guess I beat myself up because of all the "shoulds" in my life, I should rake my yard, I should be doing my ironing, I should be cleaning my house more, I should blah, blah. Why motivation does not come naturally as it once did...I have no idea. I need exercise to keep my self healthy and I know this...but going to the Y. alone is a bummer. If you figure this one out give me a "shout out." Hugs, bj
