I was like this for so long and after self medicating didn't help, I just gave into it. I am now sleeping 16 hours a day though, so have gone the other way. The insomnia felt empty.

finally slept few hours in the day time,but I m so down that I just start crying I hate it when first thing when I wake up is crying... thank you read and reply!
