i forgot to take my pills when i was on my vaction... it made a big difference.. cause yesterday i was in a weird mood and really down and i havent been down for almost a month but not taking my meds made me down i guess

I do that every once in awhile, too. If my pill bottle isn't out in plain view then it's guaranteed that I'll forget to take them.
