So I'm back to been depressed again... It took me 4 months of hard social, back to sports, not over anaylising everything and not giving a damn to drag myself out of it, now it's back... However I have one simple question I used to get this when I first started to struggle with depression, when I have a day off work and I wake up at say like 5am I wake up feeling happy and say to myself "well it will all be okay you have thing's planned you will be okay don't worry". Then wake up later feeling depressed...

Dan12345, are you still working as a care assistant? Are any of the other job prospects looking possible?

Dan, you sound just like me. sometimes I feel like I have made a lot of progress which was painfully slow, and I have made progress, but depression rears up again and that is discouraging. DONT GIVE UP! use what you have learned and keep learning!! you are not alone, I hope that helps, it does help me to know that
