I had my elevynth panic attack last night. All of a sudden I started thinking bizarre and sinful things..things that God would not approve of..I tried praying but nothing helped I called a Christian hotline so many times they turned on me. Does anyone else get these attacks? I felt like was dying everything negative flooded my head...it was terrifying..if you've read my posts before, you know how hard I've had it in the past few weeks...the pain is killing me..anyone have any suggestions?

junerain,

God loves you no matter what you think...period. He's there for you even if you can't hear him. Don't feel guilty about this, feel thankful for his mercy and love. You are his child, and NOTHING can change that.

You're in my thoughts and prayers...

I'm not very clear about religion, but I am very clear about panic, and know it first hand.

I can feel how it is for you at the moment.

Peaceful thoughts, M

Dear Junerain,

You are very NORMAL for someone that has been wounded or damaged from within, by another person..... hang in there and keep working on the issues and in time (the time is different for everyone) but in time all will be calmer with your mind and the irrational / sinful thoughts that enter.

BTW - please do keep in mind that God meets us exactly were we are, sin and all.... we do not have to get cleaned up to meet Him - He cleans us up from the inside out after He has us in His loving & forgiving arms.

LoVe,
Rhapsody -

P.S.
On any MEDS.......................... if not, it might help to get some.
