I'm on 2 meds, and I've been feeling great with it since I've started (maybe around November/December?).
3 months in, I've had this major setback, since maybe April?
It's been 3 months since, and last week, I've felt my mood waning back to anhedonia.
I mean, it could be that I'm always reminded of my failure (which I am) but I just can't tell.... My failure actually bothers me quite a bit, but I think 3 months later, I should be ok, right?

There is a possibility that it could have something to do with the meds, or also be situational. I know persoanlly when I was still using medications that over time my body began to compensate for the drugs and they needed to change my doses and form of medications as my body didn't accept them properly any more.

If you can, I would be talking to your pdoc about what you are feeling. They should be able to help you determine whether it is something with your medications or not, and if so help you to modify your doses.
