I am just really down, don't know what to do with myself. Looking forward, even a day ahead, makes me panicky. I just want to hide in my bed and never get out. So sick of this. Doctors don't even know what to do about this "treatment resistant depression". Where's the hope in that?

Wish I had something encouraging to say...
But I read your post, I understand your pain.
I wish we could all feel better.

((((hugs)))) quit trying to figure it out or cure it... sometimes some of us (like me) have chronic depression... learning to live inspite of it can help you feel better. Are you in therapy? (jazzy is adorable!)

Complicated -

Do the doctors have you on antidepressants?

Are you able to get out and exercise everyday?

Are you working long hours?

Trying to get a handle on where you are, so maybe I can think of something that might help.

I wasn't really looking for answers, just venting. Thanks for the replies though. Yes, my depression is chronic, mixed with major depressive episodes (possibly bipolar 2). I have tried so many drugs and combos, and so much therapy. I just am getting through day to day right now. And, no, thanks to all this, I am not working at all. It's usually so much just to get out of bed each day.
HUGS to all of you, and thanks for the understanding!

I know exaclt how you feel. I consider it a BIG deal if i get OUT of the bed and do anything at all...... This feeling really sucks for us. I cant help thinking there must be SOMETHING that will make us feel better. It isn't at all fair !

Tried to PM but it's "off". Just want to know you are doing okay. Okay? Losing hope...once again

PM me if you want. I've been praying.

Gentle Hugs,
