Ok so i am still doing pretty good today but i find myself anticipating the fall instead of just enjoying the good. Anyone else have that problem? If so what do you do to keep from anticipating the fall?

I feel the same, like no matter how good things might be there is going to be an unbearable depression I'll have to deal with. If it helps, you're not alone feeling like this, I just don't know the cure.

Oh yeah I feel you there. I often find myself looking towards the fall...or anywhere else but now. Usually what I do is try and catch myself in the habit when i am doing it. It's hard, but it gets easier with practice. Then I take a minute to think of how I am actually feeling and usually I am ok...usually it is just a thing in the future or in the past that was affecting me but in the present moment things are actually ok. That's what is currently helping me now.

Glad you are doing good today! As someone who likes to stay on top of things I kind of see anticipating the fall as a form of preparation (so long as its not all negative).

Just remember that enjoying the moment and anticipating the fall are not mutually exclusive. I know it sounds crazy, but you do have to consciously work on making yourself enjoy the moment. At some point you just slide from really working at it to just plain enjoying yourself.
