Well i have been on vacation this week and it has been a long week (sucks when you would have rather been in work instead of sitting around feeling sorry for yourself). I had started on Efferor the week before with bad results and ended up stopping 3 days ago. IDK just feeling like crap and wondering what to try next. Will call the Dr on Monday and see if he has any other ideas. Well time to give myself a kick in the *** and go do something. Everyday is a new beginning i just wish they would stop ending the same way.

I took Effexor's twin or cousin, Lexapro. First time around it worked great; second round was riddled with side effects. Then I started wellbutrin - more side effects. I was off everything for a month and felt terrible - tearful all the time, thinking about what it would be like to not be around anymore...so then, I started corresponding withe people here. I talked with my MD too - his suggestion was either Cymbalta or Pristiq. I am on day one of Cymbalta - and I'm not going to give up on it this time. I NEED to be better (as we all probably do). Hey, if we could put our days together, we'd be great. My days end well, but start off rotten...

Glad you're out there doing something. Good luck with your kick in the ***.

Good luck with the Cymbalta keep me posted on how you are doing. I agree with you i also need to find something that will help me. Tried Effexor and Wellbutrin with blahhhhh results. Had great success with Celexa years ago but couldn't hack it last time around. Keep the faith we will both get there. I am off to a wedding in a few hours so i hope that will kick my *** into a better mood at least for a little while.

Weddings are generally fun...I am headed to a graduation party for my neice. I'm keeping the faith that we'll both get "there", wherever that is. Have fun at the wedding.
