Jenny's my sister and I've upset her beyond belief and I tried to say to sorry but she won't accept and she won't talk to me and I don't know what to do. I feel so lonely without her. She told me that she's done with me and I'm nothing to her. God knows I would hang myself right this second if i had the guts. I can't stand living like this anymore... I'm begging him to help me but he won't.. everyone and every thing has neglected me. I'm starving of help and affection. I would rather die than live like this.

I know how you feel and i understand the urge perfectly The only advice i can offer you is to grab on to one aspect of your life, something or anything that makes you feel good or happy in some way, and bring it to mind when you feel this way. Any happy memories? Any people you know who hold a special place in your heart? When my thoughts get suicidal, i think of my niece (she's six) and what it would do to her if i did it. All we can do now is hope that things will get better. Stay strong please!

Hi unhappy....Sorry you're hurting, and it's good that you're reaching out. Hope you find some comfort here on the site. A little confused....I guess the "him" you mention is God? And you think he's not helping you? God works through caring human beings who spend their lives helping people in distress, suffering from depression, etc. Bottom line....you need to contact one of these people. If you are in school, almost every high school and college has at least one counselor on staff, so that would be one way to start. If you're not in school you could call your county's Health and Human Services Department ~Mental Health division, explain that you're having serious problems with feeling "down", and thoughts of killing yourself (even if you're nowhere close to actually carrying this out, people need to know that). You could also call a suicide prevention helpline, and again even if you're not at that point, they would very likely be able to guide you towards getting some help. You don't need to be "forever unhappy"....there is a lot of help out there. Best Wishes
Thanks for this!
