((((clouds and sun)))))

Try to take things day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute.

Life can feel awfully overwhelming in dark times, and those are the times when we need to focus on this very minute & think of peaceful, relaxing times to help get us through the stress and misery. You may also want to try writing a list of stressors, get them all out on paper. It's a lot easier to move on with positive thoughts after we let go of the negatives.

Gentle hugs sent your way. Take care!

I felt the same way yesterday and only a little better today...
I know it's hard to wake up everyday and keep trying.
Hang in there...

Life is too hard to bare.

I hope things get better, even if its an inch or a centimeter of betterness.
I like what someone said...take it minute by minute if thats the case. I am doing it now to keep from going into a tailspin depression. Today is gloomy ouside also so it makes me not want to go out. BOO
