I have ended a two year relationship. I loved him and i still love him equally .It was a serious and an intimate one. I am 20. Memories of my past haunts me so much that i have to cling upon sleeping pills . Im so depressed. I take alprax.25 daily once or may be twice. How bad can this turn out to be?

Hello & Welcome, Heartache402! Glad you joined.

I'm seeing at least three issues here:
  • mourning a relationship
  • depression
  • insomnia/sleep disturbances
All are related, and it may be valuable to take a multidimensional approach to getting to a more comfortable place. Do you have access to medical care and counseling?
