Depressive disorders is mostly curable and it is value your while to search for help. Without therapy, it can proceed for a while. When you tell your physician that you experience like this, he or she will examine that you do not have any other sickness. There are a variety of other circumstances which can existing with very identical signs. He or she may recommend an anti-depressant. It is a wise decision to also see a psycho therapist as there are therapy techniques, mainly cognitive-behavioural therapy and mindfulness-based psychotherapy which work for depression and avoiding upcoming periods.

Grief has no time-table, especially when the loss is so sudden like your's was. I'm very sorry for your loss. There is plenty of support here; you may also consider grief support groups as there is healing and safety in numbers. If groups don't feel right to you, then consider some individual therapy or pastoral counseling.

What an awful thing to happen, my heart goes out to you i can't imagine what you are going through. i think you should at least try to start to deal with it, it might take a long time but take it at your own pace

Hi Jakub, I am sorry to hear what you are going thru. I have been to group therapys where there were people dealing with sudden and violent deaths. Please go, I went to mine thru a hospital here in town. Do this for yourself. They have trained people who can help you heal. Hope you keep posting too and welcome.

Sorry for your loss.

i lost my mom 3 months ago.
i keep her alive by thinking of her everyday.
in a way she is still alive to me, and i go to her grave every other day to clean up around the area. to me it seems like ime still taking care of her.
i have tons of pictures of my mom, and i bring flowers to her occasionly.

You will always think of her, and it is good to always remember.
you must have loved her deeply.
i know she would want you to take care of yourself.
i hope your grief lessens and you think of the happier times you spent w/her.
