Since I've gotten back from my week long conference (and during it as well), I've felt more disconnected and unhappy then usual.

I had one of these slip-ups at the beginning of the school year, mostly around Oct-Dec.

I'm scared because I don't want to go there again but the amount of time I'm spending sleeping and feeling out of it and miserable and my ability to spontaneously cry at nothing seems to be pointing me in that direction.

I don't know how much posting I'll be able to do for the next while, because I don't know what to say. I'm just numb, sad depressed and with a knot in my stomach and all other sorts of physical things, I don't know what to do to solve any of it.

I want to be able to support everyone but I don't know that I can. I am so sorry, because I genuinely care about each and every one of you.

So I guess this is me still hanging around the site and sporadically being in Chat, but not really doing any posting.

What am I going to do about any of this. Exhausted and Spacey

Thanks everyone... *HUGS*

I'm going to see a new counsellor since my last one dropped me as a client in April. Going on next Wednesday, hopefully will go well(ish).

I just feel so... worthless. I hate being like this. ARGH. Exhausted and Spacey

I know the feeling of 'feeling' worthless intimately. All I can do is tell you what so many have told me - you are NOT worthless. I am sorry you are feeling this way though.

Hang in there Christina - you are very special and I really believe there is a very bright light shining at the end of your tunnel.

Hugs

Try to combat the "worthess" messages with thepositive ones those you care about give you. I hope your new counsellor works out for you. It's an exciting-scary thing, seeing a new therapist (I have found so, anyway.)
This too shall pass.
