I could have written this same post today. I don't think we need to have a reason sometimes. Just go with it. I'm heading to bed and hoping tomorrow will be a better day...albeit heading to bed two hours early, lol.

Oh gosh yes. That's when I know that my medicaton needs adjusting.
Are you on meds? Are you in therapy? If the answer is no to both, you need to get into therapy. If you cannot get into therapy, at LEAST call your doctor and have him prescribe an antidepressant. You do NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS. I know that most people don't like to take meds, but it's better than living in hell isn't it? So calll your doctor and have him get you some meds.
