does anyone else feel so confused all the time? I feel like my head is so full of stuff and I can't see through it or find answers for anything. I feel like I must be going crazy or on the verge of a mental breakdown or something I can't organise things or think about things that are a long time away. I also feel like almost physical pain from the emotional stuff
can this ever get better?

I'm not sure what the problem is for you but I am sure that it can get better. The way you describe it I don't really understand what's going on but I'm thinking that you might need to have a bit of therapy. Tell your doctor about these thoughts and see what he/she says.

Why are you thinking about things that are a long way away? You shouldn't be doing that. No one should. We aren't even PROMISED tomorrow! All we HAVE is today, so that's the only thing we should be thinking about -- today!!! Forget about tomorrow because it's not even HERE yet. And next week is impossible.

None of us can possibly think far ahead because we just aren't promised that far ahead. Maybe some people can do it, but why? Who knows what the future will bring? It's must healthier to just focus on TODAY and leave it at that.

So stop worrying, ok? You'll feel much better for it. God bless & take care. Hugs, Lee

Try meditation sweety!! I've done it for few weeks, every time I finished, I feel more clam and collected with fresh mind, I do it for 15 mins few times a week, just simply focus on your breathing and try not to have any thoughts, if they come, just slowly let it go and focus back on your each breath in and out. Hope this will help you.
