I am understanding exactly what you are saying. Its weird bc i can tell the difference, but the what ifs and depressive guilt pulls me back

my negative thoughts are usually either about killing myself, or about the past.. how my life has gone from 1 disaster to another

meds meds... not really, just homeopathy, whitch seems to not work, i hate it, though my mother thinks is good for me cuz it is natural and doesnt affect my system, but i feel it doesnt help me at all...

Homeopathy has pretty much been completely debunked. PM if you want more info.
