skittles,

is there someone who can help you with the meds? Maybe remind you when to take them or ask you if you have taken them?

I'm so sorry you aren't feeling down. Is forgetting to take your meds purposeful or accidental. I know when I really was mad at myself, I would punish by not taking meds. If it is not purposeful, there are some great tools for helping yourslef remember.

if you have hotmail or yahoo, they have calendars where you can send yourself reminders to your email or messenger. Your cell phone might also be used to set reminders up. I also at one time, set my pills by the alarm clock to help. Just a few ideas. Take care of yourself.
