Sorry to hear that things are worse now that you've gotten help. Can you elaborate on what you mean by that?

That has happened to me in the past. It may seem hopeless and it could be for now, but don't give up over this. I obviously don't know what it is your refering to specifically and I am sorry this has happened to you, but PLEASE, whatever you do, DON'T GIVE UP. You will get there. Do you feel like elaborating?

kittycat97 I know exactly how you feel. Right now I feel lost, alone, and completely worse than I have felt for a long time. Just know that you aren't alone. And you do have support. Things will get better. I promise.

I wonder if things have gotten worse because your looking at pailfull parts of your past. If so it makes since that you would feel bad. It's like an abscess. When you get an infection doctors cut it open and drain all of the decay out so the wound can heal.

kittycat..don't give up.. Talk about what is wrong, it will help.. Why do you regret getting help?
If you keep looking, you will find the help you need.
I'm really not good with advice...at all..but I read your post and I wanted to try my best to help.. I'm sorry for whatever happened..you have to keep trying.

What's the point of carrying on. I have a national exam tmr. I have to get a distinction or I have to drop my subjects. Nothing got into my head despite hours of studying. I am so useless. Lost my memory, can't remember anything, feeling suicidal. Now it is not so bad cos i cut... After stopping for two months... This shows how useless I am. Still have to resort to cutting.

Don't think that way. Don't go into it expecting to fail..then you will. That the way I thought back in school. Go into take the exam with a positive attitude. Tell yourself "I can do this." "I'm going to pass!" Stuff like that. Just do your best, and I'm sure you will pass (:

Cutting.. That's not a good coping method.. I used to, then I was sent to a Mental Hospital for it.. I learned that there are several better ways to cope. Whenever I'm feeling down, I either listen to music, play a game, or do something creative. Like now, I'm carving a set of wooden knuckles.. Go for a walk, if that's what you like. Just figure out what helps you focus and calms you down that doesn't involve harming yourself.

i echo what shattered sanity said - you can only do your best and if you can't do it right now IT IS OK. <3 <3 <3

i know what you mean. i feel like i cannot even understand a movie i'm watching sometimes, or follow a conversation. it doesn't mean it's going to be this way forever. i promise you this is a flash in the pan and you will look back on it at some point and smile over the fact that you got through it.
