So today I went from being depressed and no energy to feeling pretty good for a hour or teo then it's like I crashed I feel truely horrible much worse then how I started off this morning for no real reason. I made myself cook some food tonight So I'd have it for the next few days but I didn't enjoy cooking like I sometimes do and actually the sound of the veggies cooking really bothered me and I almost stopped cooking. I ate a little of it then had a hard time breathing for about 5-10 min.
The weather has drastically gotten colder and windy maybe that's part of it.

I totally get how your feeling I've been there and it sucks because you think on the mood high It's all ok then the low hits which makes it worse as you thought you were getting better. Are you currently taking medication? If not consult your GP. Mood swings are perfectly normal for anyone. Keep us posted and feel free to PM me with any questions.

Hi platinum heart, the reason you feel like "yeah im gonna work out lets get ready" is due to adrenaline a small shot of it released in to your body. Here is what you should do even when you don't want to work out force yourself to because as you may well know when you exercise it releases tge hormone endorphins think thats spelt right lol. Once this is in your system you will restore the same feeling as before. Hope this helps.
