Just started counseling to help deal with my depression and anxiety. Only had one session so far and am already feeling so immensely better compared to where I was. She assured me I had other options, and didn't need to feel so trapped in certain situations and it was nice to hear!
Before, I was having trouble getting out of bed despite medication but yesterday I managed to get up, clean the entire house, get dressed, do some grocery shopping...it may not sound like a big deal, but I have trouble getting out of bed some days and getting out of the house on others, so this was a big success for me! I hope I can continue to feel positive about things...and that I get to the point where I feel positive MOST days rather than depressed!

Thanks for this!
