I can't sleep. Once again.
This is getting ridiculous. All other times I've been depressed I've slept for hours upon hours. And I was fine with that (what can I say, I'm lazy!). But noooooo... not this time. My pattern is staying up until AT LEAST 3 am and then crashing for 1-8 hours. I've tried a lot of sleeping techniques (breathing, no caffeine, relaxing music, teas, hot showers, reading before bed etc) and it STILL WILL NOT WORK. I just want sleep. ![]() ![]() *sighs* Okay. Venting kapput. Edit: Okay, I give up on sleep for tonight. Its 5:30 am, so what the heck is the point?? ![]()

I hear ya loud and clear!
I can only sleep for 1-2 hours at a time and it's hard for me to get back to sleep. Hang in there.

I have been through this. Perhaps you should get something from your doc to tide through this difficult time. Sleep deprivation is terrible and can totally wear you down mentally, emotionally and physically. If you do not want to take meds to help you sleep, you might like to look at something alternative such as melatonin.
I do hope by the time you check in here that you have managed to get some sleep!
