I have been up since 3:50am and although initially I felt low, I hugged my husband really tight, gave him a kiss and sent him off to work. Im still WIDE awake as are my children so we are all laying in the Living Room watching Spongebob I wish I knew how to maintain this state of inner peace and "happiness"
I hope some of you are feeling as I am right now...Any ideas as to how to prolong these happy emotions or state of mind?

Thank you for puting a smile on my face and sharing this awesome story. Not often we hear of the happier times on PC. Hope all goes well today and in your future. I too woke up feeling better than I have in many weeks. Thanks again.

well we feel asleep...I kinda of figured we would but I'm up again and still feeling good
I plan on doing all the things they say can alleviate depression but I'm too low to do on most days...so I'm going to work out, have lunch with my mom and sister, then go to the store and buy some st.Johns wort, omega3s and vitamins. I have never been too much of a believer of homeopathic medicine but my aunt swears by it and I figure it worth a shot! I want to keep this feeling for as long as I can!
Then I guess I'll roll with it the rest of the day...
