some days are worse than others today woke up feeling very tierd but ended up falling out with hubby, managed to sort out a few diferances but i notice that im feeling really bad some days, trying to keep busy is hard at the moment the weather is nice but to hot to do much, even at work its to hot we cant open windows because of security and i end up just soaking wet all over my head, this is a side affect of my meds and as i have had them increased i got to get used to them,
it doesnt help though i dont manage to cool off untill after midnight then i get hot again when the morning comes, at home i got all the windows open and a fan on when i sleep but at work i walk around with a dry flannel in my pocket and a bottle of squash,
im really struggling at the moment

Hi Katheryn,

I'm struggling with the heat right now too. It made me feel totally wiped out yesterday, and I wound up taking a nap. I'm working at home at the minute, so I can do that.

I'm teaching online, but when I do go to teach in the classroom, I often sweat too. Some parts of life are just tougher than others.

I'm sorry things are hard for you right now. I hope you get some relief from the heat soon. It's raining here today.

Hugs,

EJ

I'm sorry that you are struggling.

It's hard working in the heat. I work outside so I'm under the heat of the sun or pouring rain but hey, I'm outside, so that's great about my job.

Take care dear one!

The heat has a pretty big effect on my mood sometimes, too.
