I posted this in the anxiety forum a couple days ago but received no response.

Does anyone know of a website with cognitive therapy techniques that work, something a person can do on their own without a therapist, counselor, doctor, etc?

What I'm looking for is a way to get rid of negative thoughts and, if possible, a way to be more positive.
