I'm scared, confused. I have been up since 4 am and I can't figure it out. My short term memory is gone. I'm having trouble remembering what I did 5 min ago, really. My cat scared me, never happened before. My 2 yr old came out of her room and scared the s--t out of me. I'm shaky, trembling, crying...I know I was going somewhere with that line of thought but it is gone. I was up when my husband left for work, I think he said something about a bug on the living room wall, but I can't really remember it. It's like it is almost within reach but I can't get it. What is wrong with me? I want to call my mom but I know she isn't up yet. I'm really scared, this has never happened to me before. I just keep crying. I don't really feel depressed. Somebody help me please. I can't seem to get across how I feel.

Oh dear, sorry you're feeling thus... Can you not call your husband? Are you seeing someone and/or is there not a helpline etc. you could call until you can see someone? You do need to have it checked out though.

Is there anything I can do to help??

I understand how you are feeling, for this sounds just like me in my early years before I started counseling or got put on any medicine.... if you are now going through any thing like I did, I later found out that I had: DID, Clinical Depression, PTSD, and severe Anxiety from my past finally coming to light (the issue I never dealt with).

Please by all means contact your Pdoc and see if he/she might be able to give you some thing for your mood swings / nerves and then get a referral for some counseling.

LoVe,
Rhapsody - can somebody help me
