Just threw out all the pajamas my ex ever gave me, about 95% of my pj wardrobe. It was a popular gift. Not Goodwill - THE TRASH. When will it start feeling good?

I have a social problem... or lack of skill... I can never tell if it's a good time to punch in a joke about feeling good sleeping naked

(since, you know... pajamas are gone)

Personally, i started feeling better when i realized i could only laugh at the mess i was living in... it was not the purpose, but once i notice it... ah, better laugh anyway

So the relationship is over, huh? I'm sorry. But it sounds like it was the best thing for you.

It will feel good when you realize that what you did was the best thing for YOU. It will feel good when you realize that if you had stayed with this guy, things would never have improved. You can NOT change anyone -- and this guy would NEVER have changed for you or anyone else.

You did what was best for YOU. And I applaud you for doing it. It's not easy to do -- but you did it, and you got rid of stuff that reminded you of him. That's good too! So congratulations! A new beginning is just around the corner. Just give yourself a little time to heal. Then begin!!! And the best of luck! Keep us posted, ok? I'd love to know. Big hugs, Lee
