I am trying to hide. Hide from myself - make myself go away. If I'm with myself too long I think, and my thoughts hurt me from within, tear apart my insides. I sleep, exercise, watch t.v., read (which finally since starting meds I am able to once again do), ANYTHING to get away from myself. How can I be with myself without feeling like I'm killing my insides?

By facing your wounds / fears and learning to cope & deal with them… then they will start to lessen and eventually go away.

How can I do this without killing my interior? without feeling like I'm dying? scared to face myself

Slowly and with the help of a T if you do not already have one…. First - you must look in the mirror and admit your own fears & wounds.
