Please phone someone ... if you can get your GP on the phone, that is a good start seeing as though your T is not available. Failing that please please please go to the hospital. I have done this so many times .... it is ok to do this.

We are here but you might need more immediate help.

I have been where you are right now and I know more than anything that it is the darkest, most lonely, most terrifying place in all the world.

Lyle ... please call someone .. please go to the hospital ... please try to stay safe (and I know how lame that sounds).

I wish I could help more.

Love
Sabrina

If you don't feel safe, you probably need to have someone with you. Chatting might help, but if you still don't feel safe after that, maybe you should call a friend to sit with you until you can get ahold of your T, or call your GP, or go to the ER if that is what you need to do.

I hope you start feeling better soon.

Lyle, please go get some help outside of the computer. Call a crisis line if you can. That always helps me when I'm feeling like I could easily hurt myself.

I've just "talked" with Lyle over msn messenger... I managed to make him calm down a bit.
He said at the end of our conversation, that he will continue the fight. He said, that he is no loser.
He wanted to fight on his own... for a little while. He needed all energy to do that. Found it hard to write...
Lyle promised to write to me again in a while. He seemed better when he left.
I'll keep contact with him! He understood that he need to go to hospital if it continues.
