Dama,

Do you live under the same roof?

You should be able to make up with her, so you can get past this obviously painful moment.

Let us know.

PM me if you like.

Hugs,

EJ

I'm really sorry you are feeling all this pain and hurt right now. When I was younger I got into many fights with my Mom and I can really identify with crying and feeling hurt for days on end. Don't feel stupid hon ... you are hurting and that is ok!

My thoughts are with you!

yes it does help knowing im not alone. i am feeling a bit better, b/c instead of fighting constantly we are just ignoring eachother, but im sure things will work out. i know how you feel, i've been crying over nothing lately also, it sucks. but sometimes it just feels good to cry. i hope you keep writing too!
you can PM me anytime!

I used to hide all my emotions, but after the rug was pulled out from under me, I can't stop crying. I too, can go for hours at a time and no manner of rationalizing can stop it. I've come to beleive that it is by far healthier to feel the pain and cry it out, than to hold it in and explode later. Some of us just feel deeper, or some of us have low seretonin. See a doctor incase.

Are you on medications? if not your family physician can prescribe something temporarily until you feel better.

if so the problem could be related to the medication might not be the right one or dosage.

In either case talking with your family physician may help..

It's hard to be in a fight with your Mom.
I hope this all blows over soon.
