Along with being very depressed now I got a new symptom or two I find I am extremely irritable & nervous every little thing has been getting to me. I just feel like I am going to bust inside. I just do not know what to do. I am really in bad shape.

(((pacots)))

I'm sorry that you're feeling so miserable right now.

The extreme irritability often goes along with severe depression. For instance, my bf doesn't feel real understanding or accepting of my major depression, which makes me very irritable & I snap fast seemingly out of nowhere!

The anxiety would be a separate issue, imho.

Did you have a recent experience in which you shared your (experience/s) feelings with someone you knew & trusted & they hurt you or said something/s that scared you? Sometimes, people speak before thinking and they don't really consider how their harsh words might effect the other person!

I second the poster above's ideas about checking into the applicable forums to talk with others in the areas that pertain to problems that you're struggling with ~ in hopes of finding answers or bonds with others to help you feel less alone in this world.

Best wishes to you!
