True. I carefully weigh what I tell - or don't tell - people.
In another post you expressed frustration with your meds. How open do you feel you can be with the doctor/psychiatrist who prescribes them?

I feel like I don't have anyone to talk to either. I have many close friends but it feels so hard to open up to them and say "hey, I don't feel good." because usually they'll ask the reason of your sadness and you really have no reason for it.

And so I bottle up things, which is really bad. But I guess I am slowly opening up to my T. So if you are seeking help, do try opening up to your T slowly.

Hello spunky,

Even talking about your problems here on Psych central can help so much, it's helped me. Maybe you could talk to your doctor. Its very hard to know how a "friend" will react, I do sympathise with you, and hope that you will get to share your problems. Best Wishes.

I know what you mean. That is the reason I finally found this forum to post to.
