The past few days, I've had a really bad case of that foggy brain that can often come with depression. I've had a hard time making decisions and trying to do even the easy parts of my homework. Has anyone found a way to cope with it? Aromatherapy? Exercise? Fresh air? Share some ideas!

Hi stmml. Some people would suggest making small, reachable goals that gradually build up so you can get some movement.
Fresh cool air can stimulate your brain a bit, especially a cold toilet seat! Laughter is something that can help, too. There are some humor threads here at PC, you could try reading some of those posts. Anything like energy drinks only help for a short time and they could interfere with your sleep. People have found music therapy helps, just depends on what type would help you focus on the task on hand(bagpipe music?, military march music, throat(ululating) music?)

I think exercise is the best for me but you need to do something aerobic and really hard. It also releases endorphins. I find stuff that I'm good at doesn't work any more. Tried the upper route with caffeine/ephedrine and it doesn't work.
