Hi everyone,
I sorry to complain, but I don't know what to do. I'm scared, lost, and confused. I think I'm dealing with too much right now. I think I'm very depressed and I'm starting to panic. It feels really bad, unbearable. I never knew I could be in such a low state. It feels like I just can't break free from it. I don't know what else I can do. I don't know why I can't snap out of it. Thanks for reading. |

Do u have a therapist? If so, call. It sounds like u need meds. Do u have a friend who can help you get where you need to go or stay with u until u get help? Snapping out a depression isn't going to happen.

No, no therapist yet, and no friends.
Thanks |

If you can make an appointment with a therapist, sometimes just doing something in the right direction can help. You can call crisis line and just talk. Do you have a local Mental Health Assiciation? If all else fails and you continue to feel worse.....go to the ER.

If you're feeling that way, "snapping out of it" seems to be a bad idea. It'll just make you feel worse. Don't force yourself to "snap out of it."
Try to find some help online if you feel you can't get anyone to talk to. Best if you could find a T though. There are always people ready to help in forum such as this. *hugs*

Thanks, again, Sabra. I'm not sure about the Mental Health Associations in my area, but I have recently thought about going to the ER. I'll figure something out. Thank you for the advice and hugs.

Hi, herethennow, I don't think I can snap out of it anyway, even though I wish I could.
That's how I've been trying to get by, by coming online and looking at other people's experiences. I think it helps me a lot. Thanks for the advice, and hugs. ![]() Quote:
