Mi uncle come from puerto rico and this is the first time he has seen me since 1999 and the worst thing is the look in his eyes. on the phone before he come he told me he was gonna take me to yankee stadium and see a game I love baseball! today he say he going with somone eles. that realy hurt me and tomorrow he only gonna spend a hour with me. I cant help that I in a wheelchair. but I feel like I'm loseing my mind in this place He promised to spend at least a couple of hours a day with me.I know we having bad heat here in NYC but I would deal with it and can cause heat dont bother me like it does others from the states I dunno I'm just sad He said he will stop by the nursing home for an hour tomorrow I missed him so and he disapointed me it feels like the story of my life.he was never like this I wonder what changed seeing me? I feel real bad.

I'm sorry, that is sad. Why don't you call him and ask him what changed? Ask him if he remembers what he promised? Or ask if you can still go see a game with him? The worst he can say is no. He might rethink and say yes, but at the very least you would have asked..and maybe you might get an answer

I like Sky's advice. It must be heartbreaking to go through this. At least talking to him about it might make it a little easier to bear.
