Count down

I still don't know if I'm doing the right thing. He says I'm selfish, childish, ignorant and that I don't care. But I do care so much!

I see him doing mistakes after mistakes. He is going to have a hard time when I will be gone and get himself in trouble. I know I am far from perfect but I do help him with his mistakes. He will have to control his anger so to deal with people. He is going to be lost. I really wish deep down inside me that he will be ok. I don't want nothing bad to happen to him. It is so sad.

I know he is really abusive towards me but I really hope I did my best. I feel so much like a failure and guiltiness is killing me but if I stay I will die too. I know you people here don't know me but would you please tell me I did my best even if you don't really know If I did or not.

The count down has begun. 30 days left. I so hope he will be ok.

yes, i will say you've done the best that you can do and you're doing what right for you now. it takes two to make a "relationship" in a good way. he just wants one in a bad way it seems.

I agree, you've done your best. It does take two, and if there's only one willing to put forth the effort, then it's just not going to work. You need to do what you need to do for YOU, for once. Let this all go, you cannot control what he does. You can only control you. But if you stay, he will continue to try to control you. I'm proud of you and for you that you're putting yourself first.

I don't have a clue where I will be at the end of this month. I don't know where I'm going. I have no plan and I can't concentrate enough on myself to make one. I just know I'm going wherever that is. My daughter 18 will be safe, I'm taking good care of that part to make sure of that for her. I think I might have a hard time getting out. Maybe. Not sure of anything. I will just do my best and whatever happens will happen. Don't really matter at the point where I am.
