i know i'm having an "adverse discontinuation reaction" to stopping cymbalta. but why is my sleep schedule so far off? i have been getting between 7.5 to 8.5 hours, and they feel like pretty normal sleep, but usually only between 7am and 3pm. whay would this happen?

Hi Silverlily,

Can you talk to your doctor about this? Or call up any pharmacy and talk to the tech or the pharmasist and I think they'd be glad to help you.
Hope you can get your sleep schedule readjusted soon.

I think you answered your own question? Now, ways to help get back onto a good schedule... get at least 15minutes of sun each day... don't sleep during the day, take very short "power" naps if you must though... do your best.. you can always use a sleep remedy for short term, to get back on schedule. Sorry to hear it was so whacked!
