tonight i tried to voice my opion but i got it wrong, wish i kept my mouth shout because now i feel like %#@&#!, my words came out wrong and wasnt even listened to didnt want to fight but that was all that was seen so now i feel alone and like crying

how frustrating. its not nice when that happens. im sorry to hear that.
when situations like this arise its easy to view them in a negative way, but try to look at the positive side, and look at it as a learning opportunity. learn from it how not to communicate with that particular person. try not to let it get you down though Kat. it will seem better in a little while though so ride it out. i wish you all the best take care and stay safe. |

You may feel as if you got it all wrong, but maybe you didn't: maybe people aren't used to your being assertive and didn't know how to respond. And if you did "get it wrong" so what?
