April is a tough month for me. The 7th, 23 years ago, my grandmother passed away. The 16th, a year later, my father passed away. And tomorrow, would have been my 4 year wedding anniversary if my fiancee hadn't passed away the December before. So I have been really focuse on what I am going to do to get through these times. I have no clue. The 7th, I isolated and was not a very pleasant person to be around, which is not like me. Even when I a depressed, I am still the life of the party and the one who cheers everyone up. I never show my true feelings. But have been walking out of meetings and therapy because i cannot deal with this right now. So I am not really sure what to do...

Hi bitten,

I replied on your other thread before I saw this one. You can decide which one you'd like to keep going, or both, but it might be easier to just have one at a time. How are you doing now? Thats a lot in one month

Wow, Bitten. You are dealing with with multiple griefs, other issues and preparing to move all at the same time.

And, thankfully, you are not self-medicating any more. But you are still overwhelmed. You need special support to get you through this month and your move.

I expect it's a long shot, but have you tried 2-1-1 (United Way/AIRS)? The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA)?

I am really sorry you are dealing with multiple deaths, it must be really hard.. I know it hard but do you not think that therapy will help and i know it hard when you can't cope with it all, but when my friend killed herself in 2008, i gave up and refused to go to therapy but i made myself and it really helped..

Good luck..

Claire..
