Thanks (((((( hugs ))))))

I've been dxd as "avoidant" by more than one therapist, as well as with depression, complex ptsd (from trauma and abuse), severe general anxiety.... I think I'll need a lifetime of meds and therapy
But truly I hope my life is short. and I feel bad saying that

I'm a Christian now and I feel like I'm sinning every time I post, even if,,..

My trust issues which Ive had all my life.. sometimes worse ... sometimes a little less... make me want to hide

Why is life so hard?

Every time you reach out and I'm here I feel hugged and so happy that I'm here when you are. Something mixed up about that seeming like a "sin" to you

Hi Fuzzybear,

it's so hard to reach out, I also have that experience. Nothing to say, and I feel I don't deserve a response, etc. etc. I'm really glad you did reach out, it's helping me! It doesn't matter if you have little to say, write a hello or a line about how you're feeling or thinking about, anything. Just keep in touch. xxx
