ARRGH ARRGH ARRGH ARRGH ARRGH ARRGH ARRGH ARRGH

I don't even know why - but I swear that the next person to talk to me might get their head bit off.

I hate this. I spent an entire day basically doing SQUAT and all I want to do is go back to bed and stay there.

One step forward - 999 billion backwards

It doesnt help that I've developped insomnia and don't go to bed until 2-4 am... (like its 3:30 right now) ... I just dont know.

I'd love to be able to say that this is an improvement from how I felt before ... but that'd be a lie.

I want to scream I want to cry I want to be OVER THIS ALREADY !#%&

Go for it! ((((canders)))) I would hope that you would respect me enough to not take out your frustrations on me...and I hope you will stop beating yourself up over it too ARRGH I, too, am awake, as you can see... and I "should" be asleep.

Some nights, it just doesn't happen... especially when I've been overstressed...

now... tell me what's going on, ok? ARRGH

addendum ARRGH
Techniques you've probably already tried but are still worth trying again.

See a Doctor
Take a Warm Bath
Get a Massage
Listen to Music
Drink Warm Milk
Drink Herb Tea
Eat a Bedtime Snack
Avoid Caffeine, Alcohol and Tobacco
Sleep in a Well-Ventilated Room
Sleep on a Good Firm Bed
Sleep on Your Back
Get Some Physical Exercise During the Day
Keep Regular Bedtime Hours
If You Can't Sleep, Get Up
Don't Sleep In
Get Up Earlier in the Morning
Keep Your Bed a Place for Sleep
Avoid Naps
Avoid Illuminated Bedroom Clocks
Of course there's the standard technique that everyone knows (although it never worked for us)
Counting Sheep
And some techniques you probably haven't seen before

Sleep With Your Head Facing North
Don't Watch TV or Read Before Going to Bed
Toe Wiggling
Stomach Rub
Progressive Relaxation
Deep Breathing
Visualize Something Peaceful
Visualize Something Boring
Imagine It's Time to Get Up
Quiet Ears

Sigh. Ok... also getting at least 15 minutes of sunshine a day helps reset the circadium rhythm.

The reason to see a doctor is there are medical illnesses that can cause insomnia, such as diabetes and heart disease... ARRGH mine, is Chronic Pain ARRGH

I'm sorry to hear that you're so frustrated ARRGH ... and trust me when i say that I know how EXTREMELY frustrating insomnia is! ... But that looks like a good list of things that Sky said above. Whenever I can't sleep, I have this "sleepytime Herbal Tea" and that really helps, and I also take "Nytol" .. which is just another herbal supplement, which actually really works.

I hope you're feeling better now, and feel free to pm me anytime! ((((((canders))))))))

Thanks ((((((((((((everyone)))))))))))

I did get some sleep (slept 6 hours) but this has got to stop ... I can't do this when regular university classes start again. It would make me miserable.

Thanks for your tips Sky, will have to try some of them ARRGH

Love ya all ARRGH
