not sure were i am at the moment feeling really low again, struggling with my depression and my job today, my family seem like extra hard work , i think hubbys depression is really strong at the moment comunicating is really hard i seem to be saying things wrong all the time,
son hasnt had his concerta today because he woke up after i got home and gone to bed, we have just given him a dose of of ritilin, but i dont see the same results as his concerta hes just managed to wind up his sister,

sitting here checking out pc between watching big brother, the house is quiet , oldest daughter in her room, 19 yr old doing a volunter youth leader thing every night this week, and the youngest two are at the youth club for another few minutes, we just had chinese take away on our own ,so as fatigue settles in, im looking forward to tomorrow

sorry to hear your struggling. have you tried just going out for a walk or doing some light exercising, this can release endorphins in your body that can sometimes relieve not only physical pain but can give a light sense of euphoria. you can only go up from here right? you'll be ok. SMILE SMILE SMILE!!!
