strange i was talking to someone the other day, when they mentioned that some of the circumstances in my life cause my depression, i suposse we are all different my family with all there ways can be a strain, my housing situation, the problems i had in my marriage last year our money problems also the s, abuse i went through as a child, even other parts of my child hood could be attribuated. but i still dont know how to avoid becoming depressed, maybe its my bodies way of asking for help,
so today after a good day my oldest daughter started being her typical self and started falling out with her siblings, just so she could bring attention from the f, next door neighbour who was getting out of her car, this is the next door neighbour shes not allowed to have anything to do with because of all the trouble she caused my family last year, while hubby was talking to her about this incident she accidently told him she had spoken to neighbour a few days earlier while waiting for her lift,
this immediately brought my mood down when i was told, its so sad an adult can play with a persons feelings like this and causing so much upset and not care, every time daughter has contact her behaviour changes for the worse

I do believe that situations in our lives have a huge affect on our stress levels & for some of us - our battle with depression!!!

I am sorry that things are not the way they should be at home, but stay strong & dont forget to smile!!!

Can you move away from this neighbor? Kids I find have a hard time ignoring adults especially if they are nice to them. I am sorry you feel so bad. I think if she caused issues before that I would feel bad too in your spot
