out there again today.. missed a couple of days due to feeling like **** and lack of energy. It's great that I actually managed to go out again, but it didn't feel as good as usually. I have no idea why. But whatever, it will feel better. Anybody else jogging/running out there? we could motivate each other!

I use to but I don't any more? I think people be looking @ me saying look at that silly old git!!!!! It's just hard t start again I like to stay at home once I've been at work..
