I was just going to tell you about something that happened today because it might help you.
I felt bad so i decided to ask someone into support chat. They happily agreed (i would thank you here except i've forgotten your name) The problem was that i felt like taking more anti-depressants, because i had a feeling that i associate with depression, feeling bad and needing to feel better. It's a sinking feeling in my chest, which i explained as kind of like feeling nervous. When asked if i WAS nervous i said i was scared, scared that i will never be happy. Do you feel like this too? It takes a lot of work to make yourself feel good, doesn't it? Then i thought about my life and anything that was worrying me, and i thought of the post i'd made in relationships about an old friend. We often look to things that have happened and are worrying us in order to work out why we are feeling bad. I've learnt to do this rather than say- "I am depressed so i need better/ more medecations" |
