I hate feeling like this. It hurts so much. Nothing helps. I feel like the days just drag on and on. I feel useless.

Dear friend... you're not useless! You FEEL useless... I do too... but that's not the same thing as REALLY BEING useless. To me you're a very valuable person! You've helped me through many times of misery.
