Does anybody else feel like you see the world more clearly for what it is when you are depressed versus the happy people?
I feel like I see people more for what they are/what their intentions are and see the world more for what it is than before I was depressed. Not sure just spitballing.

I'm not sure i understand the question. but if I am understanding it, I think that depression creates this illusion. You feel like you know the person's intentions more, when really, its all assumptions and accusations. I find that I become a lot more cynical and skeptic when I am depressed, and i feel like I am more aware and vigilant, but its an illusion because its seen through a lens filtered with depression. So yes, I feel like I see the bad side of the world more clearly for what it is, but its not always an accurate view.

Since you can feel paranoid when you have depression I think your thinking can be less clear. At least that is my experience.

I choose connections over disconnections whenever possible.
