im feeling very low at the moment.... i hate this %#@&#!.... whens it gonna go away........ i feel ok then all of a sudden im low again ........ i guess it always gonna be like this never knowing how im gonna feel from one moment to the next.... blah

*hugs* I'm so sorry that you are feeling so low tonight! I hope that things get better for you soon. Just hang in there and try to remember the good things about life. Think of memories that make you laugh. Maybe even write them down in a journal or something so that when you get low again you can look at them and help youself to feel better over and over again. I really do hope that things get better for you soon! *hugs*
