Sometimes I imagine things. Ever since I was a kid, I've been seeing this little girl. She's not real though. Maybe this is the wrong place to put this. I imagine this little girl a lot who likes to tell me I need to die. She says I have to. I have a lot of nightmares about this. Even as a kid. In my dreams she cuts, stabs, and eats me. It keeps me up at night cause I don't want to see her in my sleep. I can hear her voice sometimes, see her in photographs.

Your little girl needs to go home now. You can't go play with her. You need to stay alive. How else are you going to find out the end of the story. Tell her you can die later. That everyone dies eventually so there's no need to rush.
You need to talk to someone about this! It's dangerous. Get some help right now!!! Keep posting and if you need to call your helplines and talk. |

When you accept and respect other beings and their right to exist, you will generally acknowledge the right of every living being to exist and find happiness, including yourself.
So whether someone or something is actually real or not, the main effect is within yourself. Try this attitude for a while and eventually you will be able to say "thank you but I got my own plans and you should find new ones".

She told me I wouldn't have to commit suicide because she was going to kill me herself. These things are most intense at night when I'm alone. I can hear laughter and screaming outside.

ArmyGirl I can really relate to the horrible whirl of feelings and thoughts that course through my body when I'm alone. They scare me too.
Is it a part of you? It sounds like it? I don't know much about parts yet. My t and I will try to discover them. I will let you know what new knowledge she shares with me... maybe it will help you too. I don't know what to do with mine, either. Sitting with you

No little girl except for in dreams. I've been daydreaming about dying. I want to jump in front of every car I see.
