When my button gets push, or when sth happen I go upset and angry. And I can't control myself. I know everyone has emotion and it's normal to have emotion. But how to let it gradually defuse. And how to not let emotion affect me that I have problem doing daily errand. I am stuck, I am stuck in the vicious cycle and being pull down into the drain.

Sorry I am very tire, instead of tell me to look here and there, I hope you can give me some advice / suggestion / comment here directly. Thank you very much.

EDIT: I just got very frustrate I bang my head to the wall.

Oh penguinsing! I wish I could make that disappear quickly!

Just to let you know anger is sometimes depression turned inwards and I guess, it is anger that comes out. I hope that is not also making the regular anger stronger!

I know I have viscous cycles as well! I am trying to retrain my brain. I do cognitive behaviour therapy in my own way.

I do simple things that seem useless but is a way of responding with more positive thoughts when a situation comes up. It's patience that I can not use as quickly and as strongly to avoid these cycles.

Also, if the feedback here from other posts to your thread is not enough.
Just use the search function(use posts option and type in words that relate to your situation.)see below.

I am stuck

Then you will have posts to search through that might have an answer that you could use. Take care.(I just yell to myself while driving on the freeway in the car. I try not to do head banging...yet.)

Penguinsing, you can find all sorts of progressive muscle relaxation techniques on the Web, here's one. You seem, however, to be describing a situation where the stress and associated anger overcome you so quickly that you have no time to do anything involved.

Once upon a time a pdoc described to me a severely abbreviated form of progressive muscle relaxation. No separate steps here - curl up and tense every muscle in your body for several seconds then release and relax. Do it again if you can or the situation permits. I would imagine such a technique may affect blood pressure, so it might be wise to consult a doctor if you plan to use it.

Unfortunately, my own "episodes" can come on so fast that even this technique is useless to forestall them. I rely on the regular use of prescription anti-anxiety meds and social isolation.
